- Please note the following points :
- Customers as from the time of purchase to the time of shipment to cancel any order.
- All sales are final once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
- We do not accept returns or provide a return address.
- Only recorded mail qualifies for a free reship after 15 business days.
- None recorded mail is ordered at the customers risk and will not be reshipped should it not arrive.
- Countries must not be on our shipping RED list (no reship offered for certain countries)
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We hope you are satisfied with all the products you bought, but if you are not completely satisfied, below you will find the details of our refund policy.
We strongly recommend that all items be completely checked at the time of delivery.
In general, unless otherwise indicated, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it meets one or more of the following conditions:
It is different from what was ordered.
It is defective
Physical damage suffered during childbirth.
Some parts are missing
We are pleased to accept a full refund and issue a full refund for the prescription drugs if
meets one or more of the following conditions:
If the products do not match your order / recipe
The products are defective or physically damaged.
The products have a shelf life of less than 3 months.
You have the right to return your items within 14 business days and receive a full refund.
hen you place the order, if you wish to cancel it, you can do so by logging into your account in the order history section of the website, while the order status is in a created state.
Once the order has been approved by our team, please contact our customer service team via email for cancellation requests. If the request is received before the order is shipped, a full refund will be made.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and the process described in the returns section will apply.
Return Policy : Items purchased from us can be returned under the following conditions:
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item you have ordered and wish to return it to us, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may do so provided that you return it to us or inform us within the first 7 days of your purchase or receipt of the merchandise. The products must not be opened, used, or tested and must be returned in exactly the same way as they were received by you / published by us. Again, once we have received the product, we will fully refund you through your original payment method.
Damaged items in transit
If any item has been damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us immediately upon receipt of the merchandise. Items must be returned in their original packaging complete with accessories and documents. Once received back to our base, we will either issue a replacement item or refund the full value of your order using your original payment method.
Packages open on arrival
If your package arrives open or torn for any reason, we ask that you return the items if you are not satisfied. Again, we will offer you a replacement product or a refund using your original payment method, as you prefer.
Incorrect item received
If your delivery is incorrect for any reason, i.e. an item in your order has been lost or you have received the wrong item, we will automatically replace or refund your order at your request. If you need a refund, you should inform us immediately and not open any of the packages. We will then ask you to return the products. And upon arrival at our office, we will refund you using your original payment method.
RETURN POLICY for Defective items upon arrival
If your drug items are found to be defective on arrival, we also ask that you notify us immediately via our contact form or email. Items must be returned in their original packaging with accompanying documentation or accessories. If we can verify the failure on our part, we will issue a replacement that will ship the same day. We can also issue a full refund. If you wish and your payment will be returned using your original payment method. We will analyze the returned products. And if they are not defective, we will return the item to you. And you will be responsible for the return transit costs.
Please note that the above return policy has some limitations. And especially with stimulants and salts due to the sensitive nature of the product. When opened we cannot accept any returns.
